Norwegian oil is easy to extract and easy to refine. Equinor does have expertise in oilfield development in random countries (Libya, Russia).

The part about actually taxing oil exploitation is likely off the table because of how Trump has set things up.

So, yah, take one look at it and walk away. Like all oil companies are saying.
