He overstepped any "journalist" protections. You can see some pretty egregious behaviors, such as • knowingly engaging in coordination with illegal protestors (he even admits that he's trying to be discrete to protect "our" "operation") • harassing a pastor with clearly political agitator speech • constantly slipping and saying, "we," and, "our" of the protest group; i.e., he constantly admits that he's part of the group and not an observer • he admits that his behavior (under "we" and "our") is meant to intimidate and traumatize (not to mention FACE) So pretty much this is another example of a game for the low-IQ and subversive left to play against reality, but people who can see through Lemon's charade (e.g., IQ over 90) will see the criminal acts at work. So, for instance, if you're a retarded leftist, you'll hear Lemon's claim that he's just "observing" in the video and just.. believe him (leftists will just believe other leftist liars, it's hilarious; remember how they believed that SSRI shitlib ditch-licker because she said, "I'm not mad".. even though she said it in troll voice? Fucking retards). Whereas, if you're not retarded, you'll see Lemon relishing opportunities to "hold truth to power" as an *agitator* rather than some impartial observer. These subversions work on the left because they're retarded, hence, many leftists could not see the obvious bias of CNN, even after 2016 when CNN absolutely shit the bed. Hilariously, CNN couldn't even keep Lemon when he failed even at the *pretense* of impartiality.. yet CNN released a statement pretending that they're displeased that the retard that they fired is doing the thing that they fired him for (rofl). Leftists are already being retards about this by saying their usual cliché of, "[erm, muh heckin' authoritarian Hitler fascist nazi-sauce is happening when you arrest a journalist!]" but they can never seem to answer the counter-question, which is: "Is there any condition that a journalist can violate to earn jail?" Their only response is basically that only *Right-wing* journalists should be jailed.. in response to Lemon's arrest (i.e., they are incapable of seeing the hypothetical as prior to Lemon's arrest). They can think of no condition for a left-wing journalist because they are not playing any game of ideological consistency, and they *know* that their leftists are just hiding under the mask of "journalist" to advance their left-wing positions. Of this last issue, people should note that leftists are openly playing games which are against the Geneva Conventions, such as feigning medical or journalistic neutrality to gain an advantage and/or faking surrender (e.g., Lemon, Gaige Grosskreutz, Pretti, many leftist agitators). You might think that the Geneva Conventions only apply to conflict, but we're in one. Lemon engaged in perfidy to gain access to the church as a "journalist" but then behaved as an agitator. Similarly, Gaige Grosskreutz pretended to be a medic, but when he thought he had a chance to kill Rittenhouse, he chased after Rittenhouse with a pistol drawn. When Rittenhouse raised a rifle at Grosskreutz, Grosskreutz raised his pistol away to surrender. Rittenhouse then lowered his rifle. Grosskreutz then saw the vulnerability and prepared to shoot Rittenhouse, at which point Rittenhouse shot Grosskreutz' bicep off. The left has not stopped with these kinds of tactics. Lemon is just doing the same thing.
