I was reading that weight loss meds are no longer covered by Medicare/aid (I forget which is which)

But considering we are IIRC the 2nd fattest nation on earth, and just from looking around, the US is fat.

I feel like we should absolutely invest more into making the US less fat.

I'm not familiar with the policy, but obesity leads other serious conditions that are expensive to treat, so it would make sense to cover weight loss drugs if a doctor thinks it will do more good than harm.
