My mom is selling the house, its too much upkeep for her after my dads passing, if he had been healthier they probably would have moved when he was still around.

I want to make sure she gets a good price.

The house itself is basically of no value.

But the two story garage and pond on IIRC an acre+ has value.

Part of me wants to go down and see her, but I want to wait until my union protections.kick in.
