Never said it did. Sammy is the one that thinks the F-35 started the fire. I think he means with missiles, silly.

F-35s punish US enemies everywhere you see.

Not that bad, it will be converted into a mosque anyway so an organ is not needed.

"Sam thinks a Muslim burned down Notre damme"

More evidence for that than for gestspo kidnappings in portland or 99% of the other stupid shit you believe.

There's literal video footage of a car pulling up and grabbing someone. It's clearly not happening in the middle of a riot, and no attempt made by the officials to validate ID from an incident occurring elsewhere, the car nor officers are marked or displaying ID, they do not announce themselves, they do not explain why our under what powers the detention is occurring.

So the charge is documented at least one incidence.

Theres no evidence that Muslims burned down Notre damme.

Like normal, you are wrong. A legal arrest of suspects in or leaving riots is not a gestapo kidnapping.

Please try to be less wrong.

Sam:

I didn't say Gestapo kidnapping.

"Can you imagine if unmarked federal officials in camo were picking up individuals in unmarked vehicles without any explanation, reading of rights etc under Obama?"

I assumed you describing my opinion as Gestapo kidnappings was just typical Sam hyperbole.

If you meant it literally, then just modify my previous response to be:

"Sam, no, I don't think that's a Gestapo kidnapping. The Gestapo don't exist anymore, they ceased to exist some time in the 40s. However there is plenty of evidence for what I did suggest was happening in Portland, and absolutely none for Muslims burning down Notre Damme".

Pillz:

That's not evidence of anything, nor probable cause. Unless there's a positive identification, and it's difficult to see how there could be, the only reason to pick these people up would be to investigate, in which case they ought to have been read Miranda rights, shouldn't they?

As I understand it, these federal officers are allowed to protect federal buildings etc. but when the detention occurred in at least one video, there's no evidence any federal property is threatened.

Highly amusing that all these people going on about how bad the govt is want to give them so much leeway that they can effectively operate like a Latin American or Arab authoritarian govt.

Diversity vigorously at work. Uncontrolled electricity is flowing. The transformer has exploded. Dare I say: The mental thickness is equal to covid-19.

They got the same treatment as the 12 year old in the UK. i.e. taken down to the station, held for a short while, booked, and released.

Why the tears, Seb?

Seb - they don't need positive ID to detain somebody

If charges were filed I'm sure there was just cause, like a retarded confession for example.

'you were throwing rocks at federal officers'
'but I didn't hit anyone'

Done.

You are read your Miranda rights upon arrest, but can be detained and taken in without being arrested. They have 24h to hold you without laying charges iirc

Forwyn:

You guys are so funny. I'm not crying: You are the ones cheering on a police state.

So what's the difference?

The 12 year old you referred to was arrested by identified police forces, who would have presented their credentials, identified themselves, explained the crime and suspicion, notified the individual or their rights, called a social worker and lawyer who would have been present when the child was investigated.

According to the reports of those detained, literally none of that happened.

"they don't need positive ID to detain somebody"

You can detain someone without probable cause in the US?

"They have 24h to hold you without laying charges iirc"

Yes, for investigation is the intended purpose.

But if you haven't read miranda rights, you are not intending to investigate or charge.

So... what reason is left to hold the person?

"because we can".

The refrain of the police state.

http://www...rrested-and-charged-with-arson

A volunteer church assistant has confessed to starting a fire that severely damaged a gothic cathedral in Nantes, his lawyer has said.

The 39-year-old, an asylum seeker from Rwanda who has lived in France for several years, was arrested on Saturday after laboratory analysis determined that arson was the likely cause of the blaze, the local prosecutor’s office said.

“My client has cooperated,” the man’s lawyer, Quentin Chabert, told the Presse-Ocean newspaper on Sunday, without elaborating on motives for attempting to burn down the Cathedral of Saint Peter and Saint Paul.

“He bitterly regrets his actions … My client is consumed with remorse,” Chabert said.
