regarding Trump's continued bragging of the MoCA

he claims the questions get harder as it goes on & he bets Chris Wallace couldn't answer the last 5 questions & "I answered all 35 questions correctly."

(full interview, his MoCA idiocy @ ~25:00)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6XdpDOH1JA

there aren't 35 questions, not even 30 questions... the score is out of 30... and the Candyman doctor claimed Trump got 30/30, not 35... so apparently the fucking fraud has noticed the media pointing out it's a completely easy test (as it's not meant to be hard) & has made-up there are 5 extra hard questions at the end that nobody knows about

i predict he does NOT get Wallace the test as he claimed

such a fucking fraud liar... he KNOWS it was an easy test but can't help but brag about it (& to a ridiculous level, claiming doctors were shocked & said hardly anyone ever does as well as he did...)

The Trump administration has been consulting the former government lawyer who wrote the legal justification for waterboarding on how the president might try to rule by decree.

John Yoo told the Guardian he has been talking to White House officials about his view that a recent supreme court ruling on immigration would allow Trump to issue executive orders on whether to apply existing federal laws.

“If the court really believes what it just did, then it just handed President Trump a great deal of power, too,” Yoo, a professor at Berkeley Law, said.

“The supreme court has said President Obama could [choose not to] enforce immigration laws for about 2 million cases. And why can’t the Trump administration do something similar with immigration – create its own … program, but it could do it in areas beyond that, like healthcare, tax policy, criminal justice, inner city policy. I talked to them a fair amount about cities, because of the disorder.”

In a Fox News Sunday interview, Trump declared he would try to use that interpretation to try to force through decrees on healthcare, immigration and “various other plans” over the coming month. The White House consultations with Yoo were first reported by the Axios news website.

Constitutional scholars and human rights activists have also pointed to the deployment of paramilitary federal forces against protesters in Portland as a sign that Trump is ready to use this broad interpretation of presidential powers as a means to suppress basic constitutional rights.

“This is how it begins,” Laurence Tribe, a Harvard constitutional law professor, wrote on Twitter. “The dictatorial hunger for power is insatiable. If ever there was a time for peaceful civil disobedience, that time is upon us.”

Oh look, tw is talking about the impending Trump dictatorship again...just like he was in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.

How about you take a second to read Yoo's actual argument? Because it essentially says "Obama was able to do x, so Trump should be able to do x as well." If you think that constitutes dictatorship, then we've been living under one since at least 2012.

First off, you're treating DACA like it was a minor obscure program, which is absolutely not the case.

Secondly, DACA *wasn't* the sole instance of Obama pulling a "rule by decree" move, he did that with everything from the environment to welfare to NCLB. Just because it's been a while since we've talked about those doesnt mean they didn't happen.

Thirdly, if Trump has been behaving like a dictator, then this is one of the most bizarre "dictatorships" the world has ever seen, what with the robust opposition by the judiciary, press, House, and local governments.

Fourth, those "governors and mayors" you refer to have allowed the situation in their cities to spiral out of control by essentially siding with the mob and selectively sidelining the police from enforcing the law. In pretty much every other period of rioting that the country has seen since the 1960s, we would have had armed MPs on the streets by now. If you want to accuse Trump of overstepping his authority, then he is merely compensating for the dereliction of duty exercised by those local officials.

Fifth, the Democrats' proposals to stack all branches of the federal government if they win is far more dictatorial than anything Trump has done.

God these threads are annoying.

we'll just have to wait to see what executive orders he's got planned to see how crazy he's going w/ power (i'm sure it's not all him, he's too stupid to know how to use his power which is one reason his dictatorship not working as he wishes... it'll be someone like Stephen Miller as architect)

A senior Department of Justice official on Wednesday corrected comments by Attorney General William Barr, who minutes earlier had said 200 arrests had been made within two weeks in Kansas City as part of Operation Legend, a federal anti-crime effort.

Barr’s comments had come during a news conference Wednesday about the operation, which is said to be sending hundreds of federal agents into the metro area to stop a surge of violent crime in the city.

“Just to give you an idea of what’s possible, the FBI went in very strong into Kansas City and within two weeks we’ve had 200 arrests,” Barr had said.

The number baffled many in Kansas City, including local officials who said they could not vouch for it.

Speaking with McClatchy after the Wednesday event, the senior Justice Department official clarified that the 200 figure included arrests dating back to December 2019.

It also included, the official said, both state and FBI arrests in joint operations.

are you claiming the Russia investigation under Comey was a hoax? the one that NEVER targeted Trump at all (he only made it about him constantly) & has been determined to be warranted by EVERY report so far?

are you claiming the continued investigation by Mueller was a hoax? that was obviously warranted by Trump admitting he fired Comey to interfere w/ the investigation... & uncovered lots of info on Russia interference that a real administration should've cared about rather than not one tidbit... plus found multiple other criminals... & for which did demonstrate a very viable obstruction of justice case against Trump as 1,000 prosecutors attested to

Jesse B Watters (a Fox News host) interviewing Eric Trump (for some reason)
http://twitter.com/yashar/status/1287211591809654784

they discuss Twitter banning some QAnon accounts, claiming election interference, & bias & notes they've had 'some' crazy stuff like Pizzagate & Wayfair but adding "they've also uncovered a lot of great stuff"

Pizzagate is the theory of the Hillary sex-trafficking ring run out of pizza shop because someone emailed Podesta asking if he wanted to get pizza (that's it, that was the evidence... allegedly 'pizza' was a code word for underage children or something)... leading to an armed gunman going to the pizza shop to rescue the children...

i didn't even know the Wayfair one but it's:

"A well-known activist tweeted about the high price of storage cabinets being sold by online retailer, Wayfair.

The user pointed out that the cabinets were "all listed with girls' names," prompting followers to allege that the pieces of furniture actually had children hidden in them as part of a supposed child trafficking ring."

so, yeah... this is pretty weak crazy shit... (& Eric decides it's comparable to what Adam Schiff has said, which i'm sure krazy kargen agrees with)

so anyway, please cite the great stuff they've uncovered

i'm guessing it's not easy as Jesse B Watters released this comment:

“While discussing the double standard of big tech censorship, I mentioned the conspiracy group QAnon, which I don’t support or believe in. My comments should not be mistaken for giving credence to this fringe platform.”

maybe do a slight bit of research before airing this shit to the world

& just recently Eric Bolling was on the defensive about the crazy Fauci shit he was putting on his show (i realize he's no longer a Fox host due to his sex crimes being exposed)... Sinclair Broadcasting backed down & has delayed airing that show

may Jesse's sex crimes soon be exposed, & Hannity's & Judge Jeanine's, & the Fox & Friends' & Dobb's & Ingraham's

more shifty Barr shit re: the assault on peaceful protesters in DC for Trump's church photo-op

"
The prepared testimony of DC National Guard Major Adam D. DeMarco, who is set to appear before a hearing on Tuesday, challenges Attorney General William Barr's account of the dispersal.
"The demonstrators were behaving peacefully, exercising their First Amendment rights," DeMarco is expected to say, adding he was surprised the clearing operation began well in advance of a 7 p.m. ET curfew set by Washington, DC, Mayor Muriel Bowser.

Barr has previously defended the use of force to clear the protesters, saying his decision to disperse protesters followed signs that the crowd was "becoming increasingly unruly." The removal, he said, had nothing to do with a photo-op staged by President Donald Trump minutes later, in which he walked across Lafayette Square to hold a Bible in front of St. John's Episcopal Church, which had suffered damage in protests the night before.

DeMarco's testimony, however, says Barr and other officials arrived in Lafayette Square at 6:05 p.m., adding that the attorney general observed protesters and "appeared to confer with Park Police officers." DeMarco's testimony suggests he was not part of that meeting, and instead was briefing the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Mark Milley.

"At around 6:20 p.m., after the Attorney General and General Milley departed Lafayette Square, the Park Police issued the first of three warning announcements to the demonstrators, directing them to disperse," DeMarco is expected to say.
"

http://www...ouse-protest-church/index.html

so Barr claims removal had nothing to do w/ photo op... but he just happened to come to the area about 1 hour before the photo-op to discuss the protesters... then the removal just happened to occur right after he left... & finished just in time for said photo-op that Barr was definitely aware of...

yeah... i'm sure Barr wasn't thinking about the photo-op plans at all

Trump was scheduled to speak just 10 mins after Barr left the area... & he announced the photo op at end of his speaking, so if he had to change plans it'd have to be before the start of speaking (Trump was late on speaking as they probably wanted the sounds of the abuse of protesters to die down... plus he's frequently late as he's an irresponsible selfish asshole)

there's no fucking way Barr wasn't there because of the photo op plans

Barr is continued garbage

WASHINGTON — An hour before Dr. Anthony S. Fauci threw the first pitch at the season opener between the New York Yankees and the Washington Nationals, President Trump stood on the briefing room stage at the White House and declared that he, too, had been invited to throw out his own opening pitch.

“Randy Levine is a great friend of mine from the Yankees,” Mr. Trump, referring to the president of the baseball team, told reporters on Thursday as Dr. Fauci was preparing to take the mound. “And he asked me to throw out the first pitch, and I think I’m doing that on Aug. 15 at Yankee Stadium.”

There was one problem: Mr. Trump had not actually been invited on that day by the Yankees, according to one person with knowledge of Mr. Trump’s schedule. His announcement surprised both Yankees officials and the White House staff.

But Mr. Trump had been so annoyed by Dr. Fauci’s turn in the limelight, an official familiar with his reaction said, that he had directed his aides to call Yankees officials and make good on a longtime standing offer from Mr. Levine to throw out an opening pitch. No date was ever finalized.

After the president’s announcement, White House aides scrambled to let the team know that he was actually booked on Aug. 15, although they have not said what he plans to do. Over the weekend, Mr. Trump officially canceled.

“Because of my strong focus on the China Virus, including scheduled meetings on Vaccines, our economy and much else, I won’t be able to be in New York to throw out the opening pitch for the @Yankees on August 15,” Mr. Trump wrote on Twitter on Sunday...

TLDR: the clearly mentally-ill little baby Trump heard his nemesis Fauci was throwing out a first pitch & getting a lot of attention about it, so Trump pretended he had been invited to throw out a pitch too naming a specific date... but eventually, as it was all total bullshit, he announced he 'cancelled' because he's just so busy fighting the virus...

from repeatedly proven liar & corrupt AG Bill Barr's opening statement:

"
...
We are in a time when the political discourse in Washington often reflects the politically divided nation in which we live, and too often drives that divide even deeper. Political rhetoric is inherent in our democratic system, and politics is to be expected by politicians, especially in an election year. While that may be appropriate here on Capitol Hill or on cable news, it is not acceptable at the Department of Justice. At the Department, decisions must be made with no regard to political pressure—pressure from either end of Pennsylvania Avenue, or from the media or mobs.

Ever since I made it clear that I was going to do everything I could to get to the bottom of the grave abuses involved in the bogus “Russiagate” scandal, many of the Democrats on this Committee have attempted to discredit me by conjuring up a narrative that I am simply the President’s factotum who disposes of criminal cases according to his instructions.

President Trump called Sen. James Inhofe, Republican from Oklahoma, on Wednesday night for a conversation that Mr. Inhofe put on speakerphone to hear better as he sat in a Washington restaurant, Maggie Haberman reports.

The conversation, overheard and recorded by someone in the room, ranged from a discussion about Anthony Tata, the retired Army brigadier general whose nomination for a top Pentagon policy position has become complicated, to Mr. Trump’s desire to preserve the name of Robert E. Lee, a Confederate general, on a military base.

“We’re gonna keep the name of Robert E. Lee?” Mr. Trump asked Mr. Inhofe, 85, who sat at Trattoria Alberto, a Capitol Hill Italian restaurant that is a favorite haunt of Washington Republicans, as he took the call. Mr. Inhofe put the phone to his ear but put Mr. Trump on speakerphone, and the president’s voice was audible by people sitting at other tables.

Mr. Inhofe, the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, replied, “Just trust me, I’ll make it happen.”

Mr. Trump went on, “I had about 95,000 positive retweets on that. That’s a lot,” appearing to refer to a Twitter post last Friday in which he said that Mr. Inhofe had assured him that he won’t change the names of “military forts and bases” and that the senator “is not a believer in ‘Cancel Culture.’”

it's actually not a clear-cut violation of the agreement... not a violation at all... it's merely a goal of 2% (& by 2024)

also, if that IS the reason we're moving troops why is no one saying it but Trump?... why are we being told it's for strategic purposes by the adults?

and why the fuck can't Trump EVER describe NATO funding properly? why do we need to change his words into other words -if- that's even what he means... he did once think it was money paid to us (he -seemed- to learn that wasn't the case, but he has a habit of returning to his original position)

plenty of R states are in that "many others"

and he -was- delighting... after naming how other countries struggling w/ resurgence did he reach some 'so let's not get cocky' conclusion? just days ago he was claiming much of the country was "covid-free"... (the uninhabited areas i guess)

& what's his most frequent comment about testing? what makes it a 'double-edged sword' to him? answer: 'it makes us look bad'... an argument only he makes... we look bad relative to other countries (where 'we' means himself of course)... so of course he wants massive spread in other countries

- more time to have him forcibly removed from office, which would be a much more appropriate historical ending to his reign
