Omg, She would be the perfect Democrat.

Not only a woman, but a minority cripple ( why hasn't she dyed her hair blue to be more " extreme")

But alas, idk why they are even floating this she was born in Bangkok so I dont think she is eligible.

Not born in the USA, she could not replace Biden when he dies one day after inauguration. Who would then become President? Pelosi? Is this the evil plan?

Now I get it: they hope that Trump would insult her for her being a cripple, but Trump is too noble for that, won't happen.

AA, Its a requirement for a VP that they be eligible for the presidency, since she was born abroad she can't run. Perhaps she was born on a US base? Or Brita just didn't fact check VP eligibility.

I'm 100% Pro Ducksworth. Republicans are scared of her that is why Tucker attacked her.

She lived through the KHmer Rouge.

Lost both legs in Iraq

Won a Republican Congressional seat from Retard Joe .

Trump will attack her. Mock her injuries and claim the Iraq war was her fault.

Trump would be fine starting a civil war rather than admit defeat

he's done more than lay the ground work w/ his continued attacks on the election integrity (which would've happened even w/o the mail-in issue he's latched on to):

“You won’t know the election result for week months, maybe years after. Maybe you’ll never know the election result. That’s what I’m concerned with – it’ll be fixed. It’ll be rigged"

"This is going to be the greatest election disaster in history"

She got the medals for getting her legs blown off. Participation trophies for a cripple. If heroism is defined as broadly as you suggest and being in a dangerous area is the standard, William Calley and his men should also be considered to be heroes. Trump also for flying into Afghanistan.

How’s so? He probably wouldn’t pick up any more Democratic Party voters, it would be a tough sales pitch. “Vote for my VP, the only Democratic Party member of congress who chose to not vote to impeach Trump!”. For that massive EV win, what is that tulsi electorate swinging to Biden, influencing whole states?

Republicans who dislike Trump could probably be swayed. A VP for Biden is way more important than previous VPs. Most people know he will likely suffer a major health issue first term if elected, he already appears mentally lost like Alzheimers or dementia.

Not even poking fun. I seen my Grandma go through Dementia, it starts with mixing up people, times and places.

She would tell me stories that her grandson ( me) was going to going to come visit . recurring details of a trip made 20 years prior.

She'd pick up more leftists and moderates. People who aren't race reductionists. Anti-war progressives. Moderate listeners/viewers of Joe Rogan. She also has some crossover appeal to the right. And when she calls Trump Saudi Barbaria's bitch, there's no comeback because it's actually true... unlike the Russiagate and Ukrainegate nonsense. Also, the ppl want a VPilf.

Habebe, we already had Reagan going through dementia and survived. In fact most Republicans consider him a Saint or some kind of super hero.

Per Meet the Press this morning they are down to 3 picks, Kamala Harris, Rice, and some Congresswoman from Calif. who apparently visited Cuba when in her early 20's. Which seems that the party is willing to lose Florida with.

I will lol if it does turn out to be Harris. Her primary campaign literally consisted of insinuating that Biden was a racist.

The senile idiot deserves it though. He seriously backed himself into a corner by limiting his options to a woman, which largely eliminated the prospects for finding a moderate centrist candidate who could serve as a counterweight against his own tilt to the left.

If Biden does win, he gets 2-4 years before the GOP retakes the House. His radical agenda and administration will drive voters away fast.

"finding a moderate centrist candidate"

Strange, nobody seems to give 2 shits about "moderate centrist" republicans. They're actually viewed by many as horrible race traitors, daring to work with the vile democrats. What is a centrist going to do for Biden? Republicans are either tickling their tonsils with Trumps toadstool or voting Biden.

There are only several thousand articles from the last few months about Trump's failure to make inroads with moderate voters and how his poll numbers have sunk as a result. You are welcome to peruse any one of them.

More than that though, a large part of Biden's appeal is supposedly that he represents a "return to normal" (as if the state of politics pre-2016 is worth going back to in the first place, but whatever). If he instead turns out to just be the Democratic equivalent of Trumpism, then the same hpyerpartisanship we see today will only get worse.

Democrats have thought of themselves as the "resistance" for the last four years. Imagine how the conservatives will "resist" AOC's GND, major tax and spending increases, anti-white government initiatives, gun seizures, court packing, filibuster elimination, and so on.
hood
Member
Sun Aug 02 13:41:23
"Imagine how the conservatives will "resist""

No need to imagine. It's what they've been doing for over a decade. It's extremely dishonest to suggest conservatives would change how they operate one iota, no matter who is elected or what politics they put forward. You have been throwing a decade-long tantrum. Why would it change?
Rugian
Member
Sun Aug 02 13:51:15
We haven't even seen a "tantrum" (your word, not mine) the likes of which will happen if the left starts reshaping all branches of the federal government in order to permanently monopolize their power over it.

Do you realize how much of an escalation many current Democratic proposals represent?

Hey, remember when it was 2007 and Democrats were eagerly working with the Bush administration to pass conservative bills in Congress? Yeah, me neither.

This is an amazing double standard. When Republicans are the opposition party, they're obstructionist for blocking Obama's shit. When Democrats are the opposition party, they're heroes for blocking Trump's shit.
hood

Sun Aug 02 14:33:04
Hey, remember when Bush hadn't caused an economic collapse and shit was actually being done? Not good shit, but teamwork did exist.

Then the republicans put the success of the party before the well-being of the country to a shameful degree, well beyond anything the US had seen before. And then, as I mentioned above, they began their tantrums and threats of retribution if anyone dared to sink to their level of depravity.

Patom, I would say in the sense that the current Republican party is the party of Trump that most of them are moderates.

As for the democrats the small fringe section has often been the loudest, however Biden, relatively a moderate himself won the nomination, but his claim on the.presidency rests with " Im not Trump"

Trump in rhetoric routinely enjoys kissing off the democrats but with the exception of Immigration what has he done that is extremely partisan?

If Trump picked Tulsi it wouldn't change a thing for him.

Harris has a very public record of poor judgement and unethical behavior.

Biden needed a clean, quiet running mate (like trump picked pence), now they'll take flak on both sides.

Going to come down to what lasts longer, looting season or peak corona.

Also, how bad looting season is.

The people who survive corona (99.5%) are going to be pretty pissed at the impacts on whatever businesses survived, as well as on public services, and knee jerk legislation...

I find it amusing how the fact check seems to try and side with Harris but it comes out like " Well this technically true, but its misleading"

Or in the case of keeping inmates after there release date to help fight wild fires " That's a lie, she tried to push this but the judge shot her down"_ that doesn't make it any better.

Thats like saying " The defendant tried to enslave the victim, but she ran away"

Biden's criticism while factually off, gets the gist right. Basically one of Kamalas lab techs was stealing drugs and messing with tests and they hid the fact, which is very illegal in this country and so 1k cases got dropped.... Again it goes to a pattern that she's kimd of evil but is bad at it, gets caught and repented.
