Even ignoring the large margin changes in the Rio Grande border counties the dems did not get the numbers they needed to get out of Harris County (Houston) getting only a +1% change in margin from 2016 at 96% reporting. The very large increase in turnout did not impact the margins here.

My whole extended family voted Trump. About half are traditional non-voters. Same thing the cubans fell for in Miami. One-note message about socialism and other stupid shit.
