So if you tell/ask a woman to clean the toilet, then it is oppression of women. And likewise, if you tell/ask a man to clean the toilet then it has to be oppression of men. So in Sweden, we have no one who is cleaning our toilets. How does it work in the USA?

If a man tells a female employee to make some coffee, then the woman might feel oppressed, because why does SHE have to make the coffee? She might feel that she has to make coffee only because she is a woman, and if it is so, then it is oppression.

I, too, am an independent contractor. I manage my own health insurance, retirement, etc, just like all of the other independent contractors hired to do a job. We are all innocent victims of capitalism, really, none more victimized than we poor humble American mortgage brokers.
patom Member	Wed Nov 25 04:36:00 Which toilet cleaners are we talking about? Husband and wife? Unmarried couple living together? Commercial janitorial service? Company employed janitors? Don't know about the rest of you but between the wife and I, if we see it needs a scrub we just do it and don't keep score. There are some tasks around the house that she is much better at and some that I'm more able to do. Me being 6'1" her being 4'11" having a factor in the decision. Team work.

Paramount Member	Wed Nov 25 11:55:47 ” Which toilet cleaners are we talking about?” I woke up this morning and watched the news about this woman in a Somali association who said that she is being oppressed by men. The Somali association were going to move to a new place and the woman said she wanted to help. A man then told her that she could clean the toilets. You are supposed to clean your place before you move out. It is standard. But she went to the Swedish TV and said that she is being being oppressed, that she has learned that in Sweden women and men are equal (men are not allowed to boss women around). So she wanted to help but she didn’t want to clean the toilets. Maybe she thinks that men should clean the toilets. And men thinks that women should clean the toilets. So we have problem if no one wants to clean the toilets.
