No checks yet that Biden claimed he was putting a rush on.....

But we have a useless trial with a preordained outcome that he lacks thw testicular fortitude to take a stance on.

We were told checks would be out prior to the trial....Bidens already lying.

Not to mention he said $2k checks after the $600 ines were done with up until the election, then it became a combined $2k total.

that's nonsense... the $600 ones weren't even done til well after election

Dems were wanting 2,000 & R's refused only allowing the 600 (although some R's loyally switching their viewpoints yet again once the god king started pushing for 2000) finalized in December i think, definitely AFTER election... i have no idea why people were ever expecting 2000 on top of the 600

Yeah, cause Trump wasn't a Republican who called for 2k checks first.

if it was a campaign promise, it by definition was BEFORE the election

the 600 was AFTER the election

(& Trump had some meek support early, but put no pressure til -after- the deal finalized, then went full bore at it just trying to get public support for himself... again this is OBVIOUS given the R's who suddenly changed their core beliefs to fit the fraud king's, after they wanted & passed the 600)

Oh my that's a lot of mud

I've got 5 kids so I'm waiting for the 7x1400 + 3x1400 + 2x1000 patiently. Wow that's a lot. I think with their new child credits I finally won't be paying income tax!!!

Seems like you need some fabric and a LOT of rock

Well, We're starting out with re digging the drainage ditches and pipes to move it across the street.

Then adding a few French drains at bad spots and raising up the level of the yeard while sloping.

Probably going to opt for chain link and stone since I have excess chain link fencing already.

It all started when an argument between neighbors had one guy fill the ditches in with a tractor.

The down sode is that we have been taking all the sort for years from across the street, that's not a pond across the street but its under water abput 4-9 months oit of the year now.We technically own it, but never did anything with it.

I would go with TC. Its probably easier to raise the property than to drain it.

The rocks are for drainage. I see what he means aboit the fabric though to stop the dirt from washing down the rocks. Normally Id just throw some did over it but then I can't raise it up.

Below is the beginning of the trench ( everyone has them down here) that pipe takes the excess water across the street, but probably needs to be replaced, I havnt got that close yet. And obviously that tree needs to be cut up, it fell on Xmas....lots of work...

Habebe:

No one can provide reliable advise from the limited views you've provided. The tree is obviously your least concern. There appears to be several buildings in the background of the backhoe and trailer? I take it that is the home, garage and or etcetera part of the homestead.

Tj, My sister's garage.

The Tree I cut up about 2 branches a day and give them to my sister ( she has a fire place) it doesn't block the road or driveway. I do eventually want to full all the large trees near buildings, my place and my sister's are mostly ok (her garage has a few)

But my parents place has a hand full of worrisome trees. No work will be done for probably a week or so,
Terrible flooding.

The condition is drastically worse now, much more flooding. Those pics were taken like 3 days ago

You may want to lump the stimmy's and get a professional contractor.

Jergul, Well, we sort of have. The problem is only half the neighbors have chipped in. The new neighbors at the far end of the road has a brother with his own company to repair the road. My parents and I chipped in some extra $ to have them redo our driveway(s) (sort of like one big loop) and to re dig the trenches.

The smaller French drains I'll do myself since I'm familiar withbthe work. I may hire the road crew back to help raise and slope the property.

The trees I definitely will hire someone well insured. At least for those near the houses/garage. They are too tall for me to trim back myself.

His company owns that JD digger jawn in the photo.

The tree in the yard is nothing for me handle, its already down and isn't near any buildings.

Yeah, that's right down the middle of the road, several inches under water. Its driveable but clearly above even my initial drainage plans for the property.

Luckily the neighbors and I have been talking and they are.going to help so we are diverting the water flow about half a mile down.

I'm kind of hoping this will lower the bugs and snakes this year.

Are you going through unusually wet weather or is this rainfall expected?

This has been the most rainfall Ive ever seen here.

My parents said the only time we got this much before in the area was Hurricane Mathew like 5 years ago.

Its averaged rain lile 5 days a week since mid december, but the amount in the last 2 weeks has been heavier.

But like that lowland area across the street is regularly under water almost 6 months of the year.
