President Biden has declared they must be released so they are. Then they are tested. In Brownville they are tested at the bus depot where Border Security drops them off. Almost 7% of the immigrants tested show positive results. Because of President Biden's declaration these people even though they have tested positive can not be detained nor stopped from traveling to other parts of the country.
