The UK, France and Germany have all sent a naval presence. The US has upped its game in the region. China has seriously upped their game in the area with military and non military ships. Even smaller localized forces habe been upping the saber rattling like Vietnam, Taiwan, SK and Japan. This united force hasn't seemed to deter China's saber rattling at all. India is probably doing something down there too, like if this went passed SR, it would be WW3.
