People are very upset that the Olympic Games are being played because of covid. They apparently test the participants when they arrive to Japan, and today one participant tested positive of covid and people really wants the games to be cancelled now.

Why not move the games to London instead? They had no problem to host the Euro Cup. The stadium were packed with the people, and they only have 50,000 new infected people per day in England. They also opened up the society today, so it’s back to normal in England again. So why not move it there?

Because the logistics involved would put them slightly behind schedule for the 2024 games.
