Nothing to see here. Just another handcuffed black guy getting kicked in the head by a cop.

What I like is that in the US, it is common for police officers to be prosecuted and convicted. It almost never happens in Sweden. Preliminary investigation can be initiated, but these are almost always closed, by custom/habit. The Swedish police is also extremely sensitive to criticism.

"What I like is that in the US, it is common for police officers to be prosecuted and convicted."

What I like is when Swedes drip with sarcasm. :o)

That guy is headed for jail. It isn't going to be a long trial.

Remember the video of the cop who shot an unarmed black man running away and then casually walked up and dropped some fake evidence to pretend that the man had resisted arrest?

The south carolina jury that tried refused to convict and there was a hung jury.

He had to be charged in a federal court and finally got 20 years.

So no, even in blatant cases with recorded evidence; the white man can and often does go free. Especially in deep red states.

You know what gets me is these black women talking about how they are afraid of killed by cops... Trying to grasp at straws of oppression.

First dukhat take out the fucking s.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killing_of_Walter_Scott

The cop didn't go free. He was in prison for nine months while waiting trial and finally was given bail with house arrest. There was a hung jury (one person) and a 2nd trial was scheduled. In that time federal charges were filed and he was convicted. The 2nd trial was dropped because of the federal charges. Your claim that he had to be charged in federal court are false. There was going to be another trial.

And even in this short amount of time things have changed quite a bit. The police union may go to bat for him on a lesser charge but they aren't going to go all in like they have in the past.

Dukhat is just angry that a jury of his peers wouldn't convict.

I'm sure the 2nd trial would've had a far different result being made of mostly white people having each other's back.

The fact that there was one juror that hung the trial in the face over overwhelming evidence shows how fucked up the white majority can be, especially in deep red states where they are mostly racist fucks.

"how fucked up the white majority can be, especially in deep red states where they are mostly racist fucks."

The Walter Scott jury was made up of 11 whites, and one black man.

10/11 whites voted to convict, AKA 90.9%

muh fucked up racist fuck white majorityyyyy
