It also has a mobilization age of 27, not 18 and has relatively few women in the armed forces. Ukraine can do a lot to bolster its frontline forces. At the very least lower its mobilization age to 18 and demonstrate it is taking the war seriously. Ultimately, it is short about 7k general infantry grunts in the trenches right now. You would think that is a surmountable challenge, though attrition is of course ongoing.
