The most surprising thing to me is that we actually have people negotiating to guarantee that hostages will remain hostages for more months on end. Someone explain to me the logic or morality of negotiating the continued imprisonment of hostages.

Joe Biden (along with every other Democrat with presidential aspirations) cynically voted to authorize the invasion of Iraq, knowing full well that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11, and knowing full well that many Iraqi civilians were going to die, just to keep from being labeled "soft on national defense".
