Utopia Talk / Politics / Cellular EEG device

Member | Sat Apr 12 23:10:33 It still sounds outlandish, however this fits a possible theory as to why I hear voices still, long after I've been sobre. |

Member | Sat Apr 12 23:22:37 I've rules out Tumor with CT scans. Have refferals to Neurologists and Psych evaluations. 1. Odds of schizophrenia are extremely low, no medical history in my family, doesn't come on accutley, rare that it comes on at my age. 2. Cellular eeg devices are a real thing, however unlikely. 3. It started shortly after I was injected with something that knocked me out at Mcleod hospital. 4. Communication to voices doesn't get easier as time goes, but EEG devices DO work that way. They say things like A. We could lose out medical licenses B. It wasn't supposed to be this long C. We got drunk on power, it wasn't supposed to be malicious. D. They insist they want me to go back to Mcleod hospital. E. What we did isn't deserving of federal prison. F. We're sorry we did this to you. Also there is a high pitched ringing, in my ears which they seemingly fluctuate upon request at times, also extremely rare in Schizophrenia or Psychosis. |

Member | Sat Apr 12 23:24:34 The ringing in the eats COULD be another neurological symptoms and can be diagnosed by a Neurological exam. |

Member | Mon Apr 14 00:32:20 Any kind of device would show up on a scan. The only advice I can give you is to try to filter out the "crazy" as best you can. Ask yourself "Is this common? Is this something that happens to other people?" If the answer is no, then it's almost certainly your brain sending you bad signals. If the answer is yes, then ask yourself "Do those people have mental health issues?" Try to understand how unlikely it is that someone with the ability to transmit signals into a human's brain chose you to do it to. Try to understand how much less likely it is that they'd do it just to repeat a few phrases to you over and over again. I've never had an experience like this, but I've been close to someone whose mind went haywire and it was distressing to say the least. She was convinced that her employer was having her followed by the police, and helicopters, and her coworkers. Everywhere she went she would confuse strangers she saw for her coworkers. Obviously none of it was true, but it was impossible to convince her that her mind was misleading her. Fortunately she responded to the first antipsychotic medication they gave her and she got better little by little and soon recovered. Within months she was back to normal and back to work. That was 30 years ago. - |

iChihuaha | Mon Apr 14 01:53:52 And you know, considering the circumstances Habebe and given that you have remained methodical and reasonable. Considering that you have taken steps to improve your situation. I am not sure everyone could have done that, given the situation. I think that says something about you as a person. You are mentally resilient and able to thinks and solve problems under intense pressure. |

Member | Sat Apr 19 20:40:40 I see the Neurologist on Monday. Drug induced Psychosis seems extremely unlikely, but possible. I've applied to a clinical study that that samples spinal fluid to check genetic biomarkers. The Neurologist can hopefully check me for frontal lobe seizures. Basically it's the auditory part of the brain having mini seizures without me full put having a seizure. Ironically they use EEG testing to check for the seizures, if the crazy theory is correct, there may be unusual electrical activity and or interference. |

Member | Sat Apr 19 20:43:26 HUP hospital is the 11th best in the US, I'm going to valley forge, but, same group. Trying tonget a diagnosis or rule out as much as possible. Also applying for every neurological study possible, there are 3 Neuroscience research facilities in philly. |

Member | Sun Apr 20 10:27:21 I think I've found the device in my CT scan. I sent the images to Nimatzo. It looks like an ear piece. |

Member | Sun Apr 20 12:57:21 "I've applied to a clinical study that that samples spinal fluid to check genetic biomarkers." That sounds extreme. "I think I've found the device in my CT scan." You found it but the doctors didn't? |

Member | Mon Apr 21 19:37:46 Murder, One doctor agreed there is something there at Jefferson, at Einstein the doctor disagreed, so I'm seeing a surgeon tomorrow. I had an MRI with contrast, my brain is healthy, a Lumbar puncture which shows no inflammation or disease. I have an EEG refferal in 2 weeks to check for electrical activity. |
