Obviously that's not a very popular idea, but I think we have some mothballed T-23 frigates and maybe we can lease them to the US in exchange for Hawaii or Alaska?

The rest of the fleet has various commitments keeping an eye on the Arctic and North sea. Why would we want to go help the US fix the mess it has created when we have Russia snooping around our undersea infrastructure?
