The resolution says that territory placed at the disposal of another state cannot be used by that state for perpetrating an “act of aggression” against a third state. “We don’t know yet whether Ramstein is in that line or not,” he says. Germany hosts thousands of US military personnel at the Ramstein airbase, which serves as a US Air Force headquarters for Europe and Africa. Defense Minister Boris Pistorius on Monday said he saw “no reason at present to doubt the legality of the use of Ramstein” in the war against Iran. German officials in recent weeks have responded to questions about Ramstein’s possible involvement in the war by saying that the US military’s use of the base is governed by treaties. Nili urged Germany and Europe to call on the “aggressors to stop.” An ongoing war “has certain consequences for Europe as well,” he says, citing “economic consequences, refugee crisis, terrorism, disintegration of the region”. “We need a long-lasting ceasefire,” he says, adding that “compensation is another question” regarding alleged attacks on civilian targets. Iran has consistently said that they need and want a solution to the conflict, not a ceasefire.They want Iron-clad security guarantees which rules out any future attacks on their country by Israel and the JewSA.

There's no such thing short of Iran acquiring nukes. There's no ink on paper that will prevent another attack, and there's no one to enforce it if there was such a thing. -
jergul rank	Sat Mar 21 16:56:08 Iran does not need nukes if it has a reliable partner that will use nuked on its behalf. Reliable in a "crazy enough to do so" sense. NK seems a natural partner. It could preplace a few 1000 balistic missiles and go terminal if Israel ever targetted its forces in Iran. Would a million barrels a day from Iran be a suitable price to pay? I imagine so.
