murder rank	Sun Jun 07 06:04:26 Wealth taxes will fail for the same reason that income taxes fail to force the rich to pay. The problem isn't the rates or if its wealth vs income. The problem is if you create a system where a bunch of exceptions are made, the wealthy will exploit the hell out of them. Lower rates and eliminate deductions aside from the poverty rate for everyone. Every cent above the poverty rate gets taxed. <--- period -
