We need to understand that these are the encampments of foreign armies. If you go to a place such as Masada and see the barriers of the Roman camps, this sort of encampment logic is far more clear. Today you just have to realize that what have been termed "migrant facilities" or "ghettos" (or places which have suddenly become them) are staging areas for attacks. When you talk to the sebguls who are invested in a project of "multi-culturalism", you are talking to traitors and enemy lieutenants who are trying to get their enemy armies into position. This particular stabber was conducting a raid for prestige with his foreign army. And when they have the numbers, it's no longer just hit-and-run tactics.
