But now they say that AI is the biggest threat and that AI will kill all humans by 2030. https://youtu.be/i30jVPqQeOM But if AI really is this big of a threat, why no sanctions on AI? Why doesn’t NATO destroy it? Do we want to be killed? Is it too late already?

It might knock us way closer to the median number of individuals in our species since it emerged (less than 10 million alive at a time). To the specifics of AI doing it. Doubtful. Lots of problems with that including AI agency. Besides, we are more robust than AI. Whatever tries to kill us off will hit AI computing power harder.
