A reasonable crowd control measure. Women will stand closer together in a segragated line. True of all women. There is no religious thing about line ups beyond maintaining appropriate distances. So sadly, no dick shoving into random females in front of you. Sad, I know. Islam is so repressive.

It's not discriminating against women. This would be an example of a single sex service under the Equality Act (2010) where men have been excluded (so would be discrimination against men). Such discrimination can be justified if it provides a proportionate and legitimate aim (preventing women being jostled by men) and particularly so as there is alternative means of service provision for the men.

Incorrect. You will recall the recent judgement but the UK Supreme Court regarding the meaning of sex on the equalities act in relation to same sex services.
